Support Worker FAQs
How much do you pay staff?
Pay is dependant on expereince and needs of the clients. The basic rate of pay is £12.38/hour (inc. holiday pay), and this can go up to £14.62 for more complex needs

What experience do candidates need?
We recruit enthusiastic, dedicated, reliable and consistent staff. A minimum of one year in a relevant health or social care setting is preferable
What career progression do you offer?
We encourage and support all our staff with ongoing training and qualifications. We recognise dedicaton and progress by promoting staff to senior positions where possible
What is the work schedule?
We offer staff varied shift work, working with a wide range of clients with diverse needs. Our staff have flexible schedules, with optional weekday and/or weekend work
