Integrity Care & Support
Integrity Care and Support was founded in 2010 by Grierson Ramsay with the purpose of working to create greater equality within our society, communities and with individuals.
We work to achieve this by supporting people to live lives of their choosing, in any area of their life. Grierson has been working within social care for over 20 years as a volunteer, as a support worker, as a qualified social worker and as a social work manager across the UK. |
We have a lot of experience and are very excited about what we can offer. |
Integrity Care and Support was founded in 2010 with the intention of putting quality and integrity first and at the same time maintaining a focus on providing the best value service possible. This is achieved through years of experience in the care sector, where we developed an understanding of what is important to people who access services and to commissioning authorities. We are committed to maximising the experience of people who access our services.
We are always open to feedback and continued learning. We welcome feedback from anyone who comes into contact with our service so we can learn what to improve and what is working well.
We have an in-depth understanding of the care system and processes. They can be complex and cumbersome to navigate at times, we can assist people to do this much more smoothly.
We are very experienced with many groups of people who access services, including people:
with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical impairment, older people, dementia, autism, acquired brain injury, multiple and complex conditions.
We also have a lot of experience in working with people in different situations, such as:
moving home, transitioning to adult services, homelessness, crisis management, safeguarding, challenging behaviour, hospital admission and discharge, accessing health services, drug and alcohol abuse and much more.
